Log:
not as large a change as it appears.

* give some sanity to the in and out rpc structures
  (this was driving my nuts)
* add parsing and server code for 6 lsa calls necessary 
  to get the trusted domain management via usrmgr.exe
  (have not implemented the actual code and have not
  fully tested the parsing code yet...that will come
  later this week).
