Added support for Novell NDS universal password. Code donated by
Vince Brimhall <vbrimhall at novell.com> - slight tidyup by me to
use Samba conventions.
Vince - thanks a *lot* for this code - please test to make sure
I haven't messed anything up. Bug #2402
