Log:
start to implement the GSS_C_DCE_STYLE flag as client

- use a state machine for detecting for what packet we wait as next

- fix encapsulate/decapsulate in wrap and unwrap code for arcfour

- the authentification against w2k3 works, but the sign and seal of the first packet didn't work yet
