Log:
Remove hdb-ldb from lorikeet/heimdal

This tree is now almost the same as the Heimdal-20050601 snaphot.  The
hdb-ldb module is now inside Samba4, at source/kdc/ldb-hdb.c, and is
hooked into libkdc at startup.  This avoids messing with shared
objects (not always portably) and allows the module to call directly
into the other parts of Samba4 as required for it's operation.
