"Oh doctor, what shall we do ? Doctor Lendecke made the incision
for the brain transplant and then got called away to another patient.

Hold on nurse, I'll try and cut part of the still-quivering
brain of Samba3 out and replace it with a new, cybernetic Samba4
share-mode brain transplant. Pass me the forceps and hand me that
jar marked "Abby-Normal"..... "

Change Samba3 HEAD over to using open_file_ntcreate() with the
Samba4 share mode db checks. Our internal file db is now based
on NTCreateX share modes, open dispositions etc.

This compiles, but may not even run yet.

Massive valgrind and Samba4 (and other) torture tests to follow.
