Log:
Started playing with the "Sync with PDC" option in User Manager.
Needed to implement some of the \svcctl pipe to get to the 
netlogon calls.  Still need to finish the _svcctl_get_display_name()
call but smbd at least allows rpc_binds and the parsing seems 
to be working ok.
