Log:
Not awaiting deeper comments on my 'alorithmic rid base bogus' mail, implement
the first part of it: Make 'enable rid algorithm' a property of the passdb
backend. Also prepare for the new_rid passdb operation that is to be filled
for tdb and ldap.
