Log:
Introduced tool_list() - a replacement for do_list()/cli_list() that uses the libsmbclient library instead of cli_* calls.
Rewrote ls/dir command to use the tool_list code.
Wrote get command internals and enabled cmd_get. Minimal path parsing is done right now.
