Log:
Move these files into a separate ethereal-pidl-plugin svn repository.
Not only will this allow the plugin to be built easily, but will also
get rid of the duplicate function names that muck up etags.

Removed:
   branches/SAMBA_4_0/source/build/pidl/eparser.c
   branches/SAMBA_4_0/source/build/pidl/eparser.h
