Log:
- hdb-ldb has only readonly support currently so remove all
  unused old code

- fix the entry enumeration

- this some error cases...

BTW: - if you want to use hdb-ldb, you need to add
       'servicePrincipalName: krbtgt/REALM at REALM' to the 
       CN=krbtgt,CN=Users,... entry
     - the entries need a ntPwdHash
