There's no reason for IPv6 support here. MSDN says ncacn_ip_tcp
should be used for IPv4 as well as IPv6, however the IP protocol 
rhs only has a length of 4 bytes (whereas IPv6 addresses need more).
Windows simply fills in 0.0.0.0 if you do an epm Lookup over IPv6.
