Log:
- added netr_ServerAuthenticate3(). This is used by WinXP clients who try to login to Samba4, as 
  WinXP sees us as an ADS server. 

Unfortunately WinXP also uses a set of negotiate_flags that we don't
support yet. Some crypto work needed.
