Log:
Fix a memleak in nt_name_to_unix_name

Get rid of all uses of pdb_getsampwsid. Especially the set_user_info_xx do not
need it anymore as the samr_info now contains the sam_account.

Merge the 3_0 fix to base64_encode

Make _samr_create_user use the new APIs. For this invent_groupname was moved
out of net_rpc_samsync.c into lib/util_pw.c
