yep!!! I got my first kinit working with this:-)

however the nthash is hardcoded to 'test' and the ldb basedn is also hardcoded, but ...

the code needs a lot of cleanups and must implement real functionality:-)

but for today it's a good start (and I start to understand how the kdc code calls the hdb code :-)
