Log:
Reorganizing things a bit: Renamed whatsnew/ to history/ with the intentions of using the dir to track old release announcements/notes (like we do know, but a little more organized.)  See the right-hand navigation on tmp.samba to see what I'm thinking.  The files themselves have not yet been updated.

The replaced files are only adding the x-bit to make them like all other pages.  (Getting my house-keeping in before merging to the main site.)

Finally, adding a two-stage header to allow for individual <title> tags on each page.  Only samba.html will work for the next little while on the tmp branch, until I get header2 added to all files.
