Nope - this code isn't going into the 3.0.2 release, this is simplification
for the post 3.0.2 code. I will re-add the memory keytab support, but only
when the code is changed so that the user keytab isn't also being set up
and a loop being done over the enctypes.

The code as written didn't make sense. Why were we doing the loop over
the enctypes to create a userkey when we were passing a keytab. What
does Heimdal actually need ? It must use one or the other.
