Log:
Start converting the internals of printing.c to be based on printer name
instead of share number. This change will become straightforward but sort of
hard to read. It will look as if everything has changed, so I'd like to excuse
in advance for little step-by-step commit messages....

This introduces struct print_queue_update_context and changes print_job_find
to take the printer name as argument instead of snum.
