This finished up the news site.  Features include 
categories for archiving stories, a "submit a
story" form page, a Samba Team calendar of events,
and a really cool image with the logo (if I do say so
myself.)

As soon as it's online, feel free to browser.  Or download
from svn.  Your choice.

tpot--any ETA on getting this online?

Note: The only thing lacking functionally
is a script to handle the "submit a story" form.
