Well, that wasn't just IDMAP...

You backed out a *lot* of fixes from 3.0 while you were at it.  Memory
leaks, correctness fixes, and piles of other stuff.

I wonder if you even tested the pdb_ldap changes - it doesn't even match
the schema any more!

For a commit this size, and this late in the game, some more care could
have been useful...
