I have no idea :) The messages were caused by broken prs_*/align code
in LsaOpenPolicy2 -- something was wrong with byte aligning. Anyway,
I disabled using it as I don't know what's it for and it doesn't hurt
for the time of (possible) reparation. I haven't time to look at what's
broken there, today.
