CVS update: samba/source/lib

All of the current stuff (all the passdb modules and the dynrpc modules) 
was returning an int. I'm not sure whether these functions should really 
return an int, but this fixes the current situation. Is there any 
rule about what functions should return NT_STATUS and what should
return BOOL or int?
