Sorry Tim, I changed your partial fix for CR#770. Changing the codepage
at the init_id_info2 is the wrong layer. The API should be :
cli_XXXX -> take UNIX cp, return UNIX cp.
Internal functions called by cli_XXX can take DOS cp.
Changed the parameter names to make this explicit.
This fix should make the conversion correct for other info levels than 2.
