Log Message:
I have discovered something evil. a W2K DC in native mode does *NOT*
update the sequence number on the SAM readable via the get domain info
call. I have added a HORRIBLE_LDAP_NATIVE_MODE_HACK that gets the sequence
number via ldap with anonymous bind for now.....
