NO!!!! security hole: new acl mapping

Hi all,

there is NO security hole in the acl mapping code in 3_0 and HEAD!
sorry for confusion! It was just my misconfigureation!!!

I had set force directory mode = 777

but the strange thing is that it didn't use this before...the direcories 
were added with directory mask 700.
