Log Message:
First cut at attempt to fix changenotify on print server handle. Use
an snum of -1 and the connections tdb to send the messages, and a 
printer name of ___PRINT_SERVER_ENTRY___. This needs testing to make
sure this name doesn't break anything in the "send to client" notify
code. Final change needed for CR#1100.
