Where?  

development.html lists interdomain trusts as Release 2, along with NT
BDC support.  While the former isn't much work - the latter isn't going
to happen any time soon.  Both are not 'Release 1' in any case.  (The
only other stuff on that page was put there after it got into HEAD
months ago).

And why does it matter anyway?  I certainly don't feel bound by what
sombody else said we might have done for a particular arbitarily
numbered release.

Or we could do what idra suggested to me on IRC:  Release a 2.4.x

Do numbers really matter that much?  I don't think so, but there is a
hell of a lot of code in there that need to get out into general use and
testing!
