I'm wondering where to put this in HEAD.
I was thinking 'net rpc sid' (which would diplay it) and 'net rpc sid
store' which would
store it in the local secrets.tdb.
How does this sound? Also, we really need a way to set a sid that
doesn't involve the PDC - if we want to demote back to fileserver etc.
(and therfore need a new sid, but don't want to toast secrets.tdb).
