OK - except that SIDs are now not even tied to RPC code - is more a
generic structure used all over Samba.  (The new SAM in particular).  I
think this kind of thing (well the SID struct anyway) is kept in winnt.h
for that platform, hence why I figured smb.h for us.

Perhaps SID and ACL types and enums should be stored togeather in a new
header?
