Log Message:
Setting the default max PDU size to be 15Mb after observing 
a bug in the WIndows NT 4.0 SP6a spoolsv.exe in response to 
the SPOOLSS_GETPRINTERDRIVER2 call when the initial buffer size
pof 0x1068 was too small (x > ~50 dependent files).
