partial fix for CR-387.  This combines the get_called_name()
code from SAMBA_2.2 with an extension to obtain the first IP 
address returne from get_interfaces() if the called name is
"*SMBSERVER". 

I've got to run down a problem with se_access_check() that arose
while testing this.  However, I don't think that it is related to 
this fix.
