Andrew,
Jeremy is about to roll 2.2.3. If you can make the changes you propose
and can get thme in in time that would be great. I like simplification.
Also, I want to completely revamp the packaging area before we roll 3.0 -
I would love some help with that. I is insane to have a separate build
process for each distro. I want to set up a full LSB compliant
multi-platform build system for Linux.
