more fixes for 1076.

  * machine trust account changes can only be done against the PDC
    (emperically verified...again).
  * still allow for -r to be used to speciify a DC in smbpasswd's 
    join_domain()
  * update domain_client_validate_direct() to use get_dc_list()
    ( wrapped in find_connect_pdc() )
