oops pressed wrong key and log vanished :)

this commit changes the way pdbedit handles options, after popt have
made it's work a bitfield mask is populated and actions taken
accordingly to bitmask tests

compatibility has been preserved with previous versions even if I would
like to make -r (modify) flag mandatory for changes and -l (list) flag
mandatory to be able to list single users data.

import and export changed slightly.

I introduced the -b option to change default backend (default is as
stated in config file).

-i now imports from given backend to current default
-e exports from current default to given
-i -e works as usual

(note that "-i aaa -e bbb" is the same as "-b aaa -e bbb" or "-i aaa -b
eee")
