* fixed logic bug in delete-printer_driver that caused us to look 
  for things like W32X86/0/<driver>

* modified delete_printer_driver_internals to check if a driver string
  was a valid key before trying to delete it.  This was we can catch
  real delete fails and not just ones that should have failed.
