Log Message:
Some changes to the enum_dom_groups and list_users functions for the
case when we have been unable to contact the DC to check the sequence
number.  If we are returning cached data and we haven't been able to
check the sequence number then the cached data may be out of date.
Return NT_STATUS_MORE_PROCESSING_REQUIRED to indicate this.
