Raft of fixes, syncing up passdb stuff with HEAD (this patch goes
both ways). Fixed the commented "this is a memory leak" leaks
in pdb_tdb.c. Added SAFE_FREE macro for compatibility.
Sync passdb/passdb.c with HEAD.
