Hmm. I though winbind does not work against a Samba DC at all?

One of my customers definitely needs this patch, as he has domain
controllers locally *and* behind a router. And the WAN line is way too
slow for winbind traffic.

If this breaks anything, there definitely needs to be a proper
solution.
