Changes to the become_XXX calls.
The old become_user() -> change_to_user(),
become_root() -> change_to_root_user(),
become_service() -> set_current_service(),
make_connection now has a nonroot version added, make_connection_nonroot(),
called by the printing and NT svrsvc code.
Added comments to make it very explicit what is being changed where.
