Now I know you want to move everybody to tdbsam, but note that you just
enforced 21 day password changes on everybody...  That was meant to be a
config option.  

Plan B:  Add the ACB_PWNOEXP flag to smbpasswd, setting the last
chage/must change times as approrpirate when reading the file.  This
will calm the users back down and allow a orderly migration to tdbsam. 
(A quick hack converison script to add this flag to existing accounts
wouldn't go astray).
