who is creating TESTDIR.TMP ?

(sorry, for bothering you again & writing to you directly, but although i have
successfully subscribed to the list, i only got the "daily-digests" since your
last mail)

i would like to know if there is a workaround or something in work on the
developer side regarding this TESTDIR.TMP issue?
well, my "workaround" is to run a cron job every few hours to find & delete
these TESTDIR.TMP files. can you say me if it is gonna fixed in the the near
future or is it
a bit tricky and i have to wait until it's done?

PS:  this whole Samba thing has ever been the most used software by me,
since i have used Windows very often, and when i used this SMB stuff (as a
user) for the first time, i was so excited that this "windows files on linux
filesystem" is possible at all. unbelieveable.
well, this was some time (?) ago... ;-D
