I #ifdef'ed out calls to some of the more hairy TNG msrpc
functions to get basic winbind functionality working in HEAD.
The (winbind) pam stuff was a lower priority which I am
addressing now.

The fix was pretty ugly - add enough objects until it compiles.
Unfortunately that brings in a whole lot of unrelated stuff.  )-: 

I guess the message should have been "Fixes to get winbind
pam_auth() functionality working again".
