Changes from APPLIANCE_HEAD:
    source/libsmb/clidomain.c
        - Changed winbindd's handling of 'password server' parameter to be
          more like that of (HEAD) smbd.  The entries in password server
          specify a list of machines to connect to in order.  If set to '*'
          then the list obtained from WINs or broadcast is used.

    source/nsswitch/winbindd_util.c
        - fix for dc failover when initial connection was made to a BDC.
