        - move parse_domain_user() function from util_str.c into winbind
          code as it is only used within winbindd.

    source/libsmb/clidomain.c
        - fix operation of 'password server' parameter to only use domain
          controllers specified.  Domain controllers can be specified as IP
          addresses or NetBIOS names.
