Dave -

Oops, I forgot you were so efficiently porting things from
APPLIANCE_HEAD to HEAD/2.2.

I intended to include a note to indicate that samba users
with extended characters in their tdb 'keys' (e.g. domain
names, printer names, etc.) will need to recreate their
tdb's. Arrrg! I know this is a pain, but we need to move
to a consistent code-page (till we Unicode things... hint hint).

This will NOT affect users without extended characters.
