    source/rpcclient/cmd_samr.c
        i18n fixes for samedit:
            - reordered the arrangement of initialisation in cmd_interp.c
              so it would actually load the required codepage rather than
              incorrectly using codepage zero.
            - convert some arguments in cmd_sam_create_dom_user() back to
              the unix codepage so the dodgy unicode widening routines
              create the correct unicode names when joining a domain.
        samedit can now cope with domain names, workstation names and user
        names containing extended characters.
