I know it's the silly season, but did you compile that?  Or read the
diff?

In particular, you backed out my changes to make pdbedit use the passdb
interface, it now accesses the member elements directly, and you use
CONFIGFILE instead of its replacement dyn_CONFIGFILE.

We also don't do a secrets_init() in head any more, its implicit.  

Finally, you backed out a pile of my changes to the rest of pdbedit,
replacing them with comments that they should be done :-).  (Hint:  the
pdb_init_sam_pw() does the initialisation with sane defaults).  I fixed
up the machine account/uid/gid/rid stuff as well.
