CVS download/setup question

I have a question about compiling and installing SAMBA-HEAD, and SAMBA-TNG.
I have tried to follow the readme's and other docs that come in the download
from the cvs servers, but still cant compile. Getting the code from the cvs
servers was easy, i just followed the directions.

	In the directions of one of the readme files it talks about running
./configure from the source dir within SAMBA. I found the source dir but no
configure. I have looked in both HEAD and TNG thinking HEAD might be
different than TNG but it isn't. This is the first time trying to install
SAMBA from CVS so i expected some problems seting it up. Also this is a
"test" machine so i can get comfortable with samba Any help would be great.
