Changes from APPLIANCE_TNG:
	- Use the cli_nt_setup_creds() function for determining the validity of 
	  the trust account password instead of the dodgy change password for 
	  an invalid user technique which doesn't always return the expected 
	  results.  (source/nsswitch/winbindd_misc.c)
	- move trust account password routines back into winbindd as they're no 
	  longer needed for BDC stuff.	
	  (source/libsmb/clidomain.c source/nsswitch/winbindd_misc.c)
	- miscellaneous small changes to bring APPLIANCE_TNG and SAMBA_TNG
	  closer to being in sync (source/nsswitch/winbind_nss.c
