	configure.in

Simple configure.in for sidlc, currently only looks for cpp
and creates an appropiate config.h.
You need autoconf 2.13 and have to run
	autoheader
	autoconf
to get a working configure.
I will write something to samba-technical on monday, why we
don't put any generated files in cvs.
