- *priv_info* -> *priv_get_dispname*
- Named all the fields in the priv_get_dispname struct,
  most of those are language_ids.
- Oh, and the sequence-number and the 0x0 in lsa_enum_privs
  are luid_low and luid_high (LUID: local unique id), also
  renamed that.
